As the winter months approach, our hospital services face increasing pressure. We would like to ask you to buy a gift for patients and staff from our charity Christmas Wish List. By providing a gift, you will be making a huge difference to the Royal Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole hospitals this festive season.

Our Christmas Wish List can be found on the reverse and includes projects that will benefit patients and staff throughout our hospitals. Whatever you can afford to give this Christmas, we thank you for your generosity.

Charity Christmas Wish List

CDC Playground

We are raising funds to transform the existing playground area at the Poole Hospital Child Development Centre. Access to an outdoor therapeutic space is so valuable for children with neurodevelopmental disabilities who are being assessed and treated at our centre.

Eye Simulator Appeal

We are raising funds to train the next generation of eye surgeons across Wessex at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital eye unit. This technology will continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible for all eye conditions and ensure we lead the way in providing safe and effective sight saving operations.

Robotic Tilt Table

This piece of equipment will allow the safe and effective rehabilitation of some of our most unwell patients who are suffering complex or severe illness including stroke and brain injury

FloJac

We receive over a thousand reports of patients falling at the hospital each year. Falls occur for a variety of reasons and a FloJac lifting device ensuressafe and timely assistance for patients.
