Celebrate the special memory of your loved one with Light Up The Prom

Have you lost a loved one? If so, we understand that a day never goes by without you thinking of them and this November we have our special Light Up The Prom campaign for everybody to get involved in.

If you’d like to celebrate your loved ones irreplaceable legacy with us while supporting your local hospitals, you can do so in a number of ways.

• You can simply make a donation in memory to your loved one.
• You are also invited to join us for a moving evening of celebration in loving memory of those you miss. Your donation would also get you a ticket to join us on Friday 8 November 2024 at Bournemouth Pier Approach at 7pm. There will be a candlelight service with beautiful songs from an amazing local choir followed by some stunning fireworks overlooking the pier and Bournemouth Bay.

The form below gives you the option to tick both options or just the one.

Together we can celebrate their life and your cherished memories, whether they were cared for at our hospitals or not.

We are asking as many people across Dorset to donate and come along so that everybody can share this special evening of many much-loved tributes.

For everybody who has donated and are attending, you will receive a LED candle to light in-memory of your special loved ones. This will be one LED candle per sign up and will be collected at the event, that evening.

Every donation to the Light Up The Prom campaign will go towards helping enhance the services we can provide for future patients. The event is a complimentary part of the ‘Light Up The Prom’ campaign and kindly sponsored by Coles Miller Solicitors.

Please note, if this event is cancelled due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances donations will not be refunded. Donations will still go towards enhancing care we can provide at the University Hospitals Dorset NHS Trust.
